Financial Information . . .
One of the goals of Westgate Christian School is to provide a high-quality education at an affordable cost. We fully recognize the financial commitment and sacrifices involved when parents enroll their children in a private school. We are thankful for our WCS families who believe that a Christ-centered education is a worthwhile investment that provides abundant returns, both in this life and in eternity. At the same time, we do ask for faithful and prompt payment of all accounts so that we can meet our institutional obligations to care for our staff, maintain our facilities, and advance the educational program for our students.
The following fee structure has been established for the
2010-2011 school year.

Tuition

Tuition is charged on a yearly basis, but parents may
choose to pay by the year, by the semester, or on a 10-month plan. The schedule below reflects annual tuition charges.

Regardless of the payment plan selected, the first tuition
payment is due not later than the first working day in the month of July in order to ensure a student’s reservation
for the upcoming school year. Once paid, the first month’s tuition is non-refundable even if the student is withdrawn
prior to the first day of school. |

If tuition for the entire year is paid in a single payment received
before July 10, a 2-percent discount is applied to the charges listed above. |

For those selecting the 10-month payment plan, the first payment is
due in July, and the second and subsequent payments are due by the first of each month for the months of September through
May. The full month’s tuition is due if a student attends even one day in that month. |

For students enrolling after September 30, the first tuition payment is due in advance on a 9-month tuition schedule applicable to the months remaining in the school year at the time of enrollment. |

Students who participate in the after-school activities program will
be billed based on their utilization at a rate of $5 for each hour or portion thereof. Reduced rates are available for
those who choose to pay monthly in advance. |

A late fee of $15 will be added for accounts not paid in full by the
10th of the month. Partial payment does not exempt the account from late fees. Any student whose account is not paid in
full on or before the last day of each month will not be allowed to attend Westgate Christian School until such time as
the account is paid in full or financial arrangements have been made. |

A $35 service charge will be applied for any check returned unpaid
due to insufficient funds. |
